I've just finished redesigning Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society's website:
http://www.cleanrivers.ca/
The first clean-up of this year will take place on April 16th if anyone is interested.

Nice job on the updated website Rod!! Of course people are interested and will show up on the 16th for the first of 3 scheduled cleanups on our favourite river ;) Looking forward to seeing all the regular attendees, the people who always show up and get dirty every year but keep coming back... and any new anglers who care about this watershed.
C'mon out - It's a good feeling to do something positive :)

i will try to make it to the one on the 16th. after witnessing and then helping cleanup after the sockeye run on the fraser i have no problem doing my share to help clean a river i fish.

I've heard about the April cleanup before, never been but this year I'll go show up and help. Saturday the 16th of April.
Looks like it's at 5200 Sumas Prarie Rd. If I don't see people there I'll go collect some trash in the upper river and fish afterwards.
Im no good at hooking steelies, but I'm pretty good at collecting junk/garbage.
Hope to see some of you guys there.
