my rod broke can anyone give me tips on how to fix it ???any input would be great thx coho

I suggest taking the broken part and fixing it.
Maybe a little more information would be useful. Maybe a descriptive topic title would help. Maybe you should think about what you're posting before you post and consider whether anyone can answer what you're asking with what you've written.

Someone posted the same question not long ago... Might worth checking it out.

I do the repairs/warranty rod work at Fred's. If you are nearby drop it off for me to have a look. :)

What type of rod is it (make and model) and did it break in the tip or butt section.

the make is a berkly lightning rod and i broke just above the second eye :-\

I suggest you buy a new rod. I have at least 7 I can sell you.....
-
It's a $40 rod brand new. Probably going to cost about that to fix maybe time for a new/used rod.

send it back to Berkley, they will likely replace it

X2 berkley was great to deal with when i broke my Air IM8 10' spinning rod. they replaced it quick and easy.
EDIT** go to your local tackle shop and ask if they got an old tube laying around you can send it back...
