Hi guys,
had to post this. I have never even heard of a recreatinoal angler tageting this species... makes tarpon fishing look like trout fishing at Green Timbers...
200 pound braided line... wow!

I just can't even fathom what 200lb braided line looks like, or where you get it! saltwater shark fishing i guess...
Imagine using that on the vedder when a spring runs down the lineup. Pretty sure a few people would lose their gear after it cuts through the mono like butter :D

It might not be the Goliath tiger fish. There are smaller species of the tiger fish. When I was in South Africa I really wanted to fish for them, but the closest place was in a National Park which you need special access too.
