They have brought up 2 of the 33 trapped miners out. This is so exciting!! What great news.

Watching it live from ctv. Amazing that they've been in there for over 2 months! Good to see the miners are so happy and cheerful. :)

So great to see this. A good change from the cops and robbers news we constantly get.

I hope these miners all get a clean bill of health...they been breathing dust for 2 months.

I am glad they found finally a safe way to get these poor buggers out of that stinking hole. this accident gives you a whole new appreciation for the hard work and dangers miners face everyday around the world.

This is so nice. Best story of the year. To not giving up on them even when they are buried 1/2 mile down is a great reflection of the best quality of the human spirit. Cheer to Chile, and toast to the human kind.

Fully agree, but if weren't for the often maligned General Pinochet who ripped Chile from the claws of communism and made Chile a modern prosperous and wealthy country these poor souls would have been probably left in that hole to rot.
