Title: cured roe

i just cured up a batch of chum roe. it looks really good but it feels kinda rubbery.. is that good or bad?

fished some of it today and looks like it cured nicely. stayed on the hook but didnt entice a coho or anything for that matter.. hard day fishing today

no worries, once the bite is on, you won't have enough of that batch.  ;)
