Enjoying the BC Senior Games so far in Campbell River but the body is protesting a bit from all the badminton game we are playing. Games today will decide if any medals will be won.
Was nice to be able to take in the last day of the Tyee Club on the banks of the Tyee Pool, there sure is a lot of history there and it was great to see the boats light up with Christmas lights as dusk settled in. This is a tradition the last few years on the last day of the event.
Two chinooks were brought in when I was there but both did not reach the 30 pound weight to qualify. I saw the odd chinook surface in the famous Tyee pool.
I will post some video on utube of the final day of the video I shot on my return.
I also have thrown a few casts from the fishing pier but only hooked some seaweed. ::)

Anyone may compete in the Annual Tournament. Along with Life and Active club members, other anglers may compete by registering or filing an "intent to register" with the weigh master or a club director prior to angling. A fee is charged to compete. Anglers under the age of sixteen do not have to pay the registration fee.
Annual fee for active members: $20.00
Annual non-member registration fee: $10.00
Note: Upon registering a Tyee, you will be required to pay an additional $10.00 fee as an active member.
Life Time Memberships: $500.00
