Title: sockeye retention for Harrison river?
Post by: andrew5 on September 02, 2010, 09:31:51 PM
Hi all,

looks like i will be heading out to the Harrison area for the long weekend. Wondering if I can try my luck again at teh socks in the Harrison river? are the regs different from the Fraser?

I'm sure someone has a link where I can get up to date fishing regs online here. That would be greatly appreciated as well, so I can answer my own questions in the future.

Thanks as always for the great help.

Andrew

Thanks Rodney,

this is exactly what I was looking for. It's bookmarked for the future.

Anyone with experience fishing this river that would like to share some of the more well known spots that work for sockeye would be greatly appreciated. I will be fishing from the shore. Are there any good sockeye-specific bars in the harrison/fraser confluence area off HWY 7?
