Does anyone know what time Captians cove boat launch opens?

The boat launch at the end of Ferry road in Ladner is a public boat launch.  It should always be open.  Just watch it if it is a really low tide.  I have seen boats get stuck in the mud when there is low water.  Just have to wait until the tide comes in.

Like funpig says.  It`s open 24/7.  Just remember if you have 18'+ don't try to launch when tide's below 1.6
