does any know what the price is at steveston off the fishing boats.
-
boats will be comming in after work, I'm sure there will be some good deals.
in the last 24hours processors are paying 1.25-1.50 a lb
i bet it will be $1 lb tonight.
lots of boats are willing to unload to the public for cheep
-
The opening is until 8pm tonight so most likely they will not be out selling tonight on the dock, but tomorrow morning would be a good time to go. I was just down there, no boats were back yet.

Laws of supply and demand tell me those fish are gonna be Pink cheap.

I have read this in the papers that the boats were selling it cheap in steveston. If you can get it for that price that is awesome

I was there this afternoon. Only one boat had any sockeye left and there was a big lineup to get it. They were charging $4/lb!!!! :o
-
If you go to any reserve you can get them for 10 bucks each!
-
I went to Steveston after work and picked up a fresh sockeye. Today's going rate seemed to be $20 for a small one (up to 5 lbs) and $25 for a big one (6+ lbs). All fish had been cleaned, heads on.
-
I paid $12 /fish in Ladner tonight from non-native. I got to hand pick the ones I wanted!
-
My sister-in-law picked up 3 for $40.00 Heck of a good deal
-
superstore cleaned heads off 4.50 lb. some boats in steveston were charging 4.00 lb heads on guts in.
-
The worlds most overpriced fishmonger in Kits has whole sox for $4.99 per pound or fillets for $9.99. If they are selling for that others should be more like $3 IMO!
-
it is sunday anyone bought today, i live in coquitlam is ther a reserve or any comercial boats to buy from in this area.
-
Steveston dock still has lineups this morning to buy whole fish at $5.00/pound or about $25 for a bigger one, maybe $20 for a smaller one. They were selling a spring at $6.00 per pound.
-
--so you buy fish from a legal source.. guts in and head on.. fishing gear in the truck..any problem?
--maybe make sure to get a receipt and make sure the source is legal.

I noticed on craigslist there are many adds for sockeye ranging from $10 a fish to $25 a fish
