Title: Smoking fish

I use to take some fish in to Youshi’s in North Vancouver. I live out in Chilliwack now. Could some one recommend a place out in the valley that smokes fish?

Yoshi's is great!  Don't know of anything up the valley but I know Highwater Tackle and West Coast Tackle both act as middle men from their retail cleints and a smoke shop (st eves i think).

Maybe give your local tackle shop a call, they may help you.  You may also pay an extra chunk for that middle man though.
