Anybody try to catch them on a spoon on this area?  ??? Thank you for the info!

I saw one guy catch a sockeye last year close to Garry Point Park while trying to catch Pinks.  He was surprised to learn what it was.  I also got a spring to take my lure last year in the same area but could not hold it after it bolted when it got a good look at me.  At the time I was outfitted to catch pinks as well.
