Hi,
I fishing at richmond area in last two year, but the most fish I got is Staghorn Sculpin, no matter I change to different bait but still, the Staghorn Sculpin is always number one fish I got, any idea if I should change bait again or the way I tie my tackle.
Thanks
Sidney

They are quite abundant - Since it appears to be one of Rodney's favorite areas (maybe living in the area or close by has some influence), he may have better advice ..

You're fishing too far out and too deep. ;D All the other fish are closer to shore and use a float instead of a bottom rig.

What are you targetting? if its sole/flounder...I think sculpin and bullheads are unavoidable...they eat anything! if you are fishing for fun over food, I bet they wouldnt go after a spoon or spnner nearly as much aso you could probably do some C&R on somethin like a dolly?!?
