Title: Re: Fishing Guide and Lodge suggestion in Campbell River
Post by: Tee on August 03, 2010, 11:47:47 AM
Hi,

Just wondering if anybody would have any suggestions on saltwater fishing charters and/or lodges in Campbell River area. We plan on going this coming weekend for a two night stay, and would like to do a day of salt water fishing.

Many thanks,

I'm sure Painter's Lodge would have a package deal for two nights with a guided 7 hour Salmon fishing day. Give them a call or Google Campbell River Salmon Fishing Guides.

Thanks Snapperhead.

We tried Painter Lodge before we posted. They are fully booked for the weekend. Also, I have been looking at a few other lodges/charters on their websites, but would like to know some suggestions/comments from the members who may have used some of the charters there.

Just back from Campbell River and to let you know the actual river is packed with beautiful silver sea fresh Pinks which were snappinig at Rolled Muddlers like crazy!  Fantastic fun on lighter gear!  ;D

PS.  Try to Campbell River Tourist Info - they are pretty good and very well versed in dealing with anglers!!  ;)

Look up Dirty Harry fishing charters, he is based out of the Campbell River area.
