Title: Chilliwack River, July 1st 2010

I can't see any fish.........

Post by: James on July 01, 2010, 09:57:59 PM: certainly no crowds , but I was actually surprised to see as many fisherman as I did today ... I counted about 2 dozen from the crossing up to tamihi .
Didn't check below the crossing .

Water seemed nice to me . Kinda high for July ... but there is supposed to be a dry spell coming up , with some mid 20's temps . So that should bring it down and the water temp up a degree .

I think it will come up again as with warm weather more snow melt.

Post by: penn on July 03, 2010, 08:39:54 AM: The water is too high in the lower for me to be bothered with . Maybe in about a week or so it will have dropped enough . But as Chris pointed out , warmer weather may bring it higher yet before it drops . Needs to come down about a foot for the lower to be good , it's really ripping through all the runs now .
