Title: fishing location question

i always hear about talking about fishing at stanley park's seawall.
are people actually allow to fish that body of water ?
what area of water would the seawall be consider as.
any other info would be of great help. thanks.

English Bay/Burrard Inlet  would be considered Tidal
Check the regs.
