I was in the fly shop at Logan Lake on Wednesday and I was told it was really slow both there and Leighton. Paska is supposed to be fishing well, Logan is supposed to be fishing really well. I was at Domenic, lots of 12 to 14 inchers, but no whales. Hint - I'm out of Tom Thumbs, so is the fly shop. ;)

Slow last week at both Tunkwa and Leighton. Cool (in fact cold) weather meant very few hatches. The few fish that were caught were enticed by chronomid and leech patterns. Windy conditions made casting "interesting."

You aren't kidding about the cold- it snowed on Wednesday where I was and the deck on the cabin was an ice sheet the next morning.
