If you don't have any plans just an option on this date ??? including people across the border can fish for free. just get your free license on any wallmart and other store that selling fishing license. just mention the date. 8)

No residency requirement whatsoever?

Ok just checked to find out about the residency thing, couldnt find nothing about Washington but apparently its US wide I found a site from the Wisconsin Dept of Natural resources and it states its open to residents and non residents. Ill look a little harder but as with Washington you get the licenses at Walmart.

It's Definite i just got the license from Cost Cutter just five minutes from the border at the pacific crossing. try to hit Samish Lake any info how to fish this big lake? ???

Hookme....try Wiser Lake out Linden way ..awesome bass fishing and big too...try top water baits around the weeds and docks.
