Title: Read your Regs
Post by: fishbuster on May 31, 2010, 08:40:25 AM
Yesterday on the way to work I was going across the Serpentine River and noticed a few cars parked at the river.  Knowing the river is closed to fishing right now, I thought I would wonder down to see if anyone was fishing.  Sure enough three guys, three rods, I was not impressed.  I talked to each one and let them know that the river is closed.  Response, from all three was, I didn't know, I didn't read my regs, a bit of shock and I'm sure they ll thought I was going to write them up.  They all packed up right away.  I felt good that I stopped and talked to them.  Hopefully they think about reading the regs before heading out fishing next time.

Cheers
