Very good stuff on this site.

If you can find the DVD , flytiers benchside reference is just about the best thing you can get.  Besides youtube of course :)

Thanks for all the links.  Some I have already checked out, will look through the others soon.

Sometimes it is a pain when the examples look so good compared to my efforts.  Fortunately, the fish can't tell who did the tying!!
