Took a week off to fish the Vedder River.
Day One.... nothing for me but saw 3 fish hooked and landed.
Day Two... nothing for me but saw one fish hooked and landed.
Day Three... nothing for me but saw 3 fish hooked.
Day Four.... hooked into a beauty but it jumped and jumped and spit the hook. Saw one person hooked one and landed around the train bridge area.
Day Five... hooked one around the canaal but it got off too. Saw 3 hooked and landed.
Day Six... hooked a decent size hatchery fish first thing in the morning and went home to get some rest.
Day seven... took day off to get some rest so I can get into work mode.

It is indeed an awesome place to fish if you can approach the run in a stealthy manner and fish the shallow waters.
