Title: steelhead and chinook jigs for the Vedder
Post by: fish fishburn on February 04, 2010, 01:04:07 PM
Hi People I am coming to the Vedder in october and want to make up some jigs before I come. My question is what size of hooks and what weight of jigs will I need for all applications, mostly float fishing. I am going to make up some maribous etc in different colours. i'm thinking 1/8 oz to 1/4 but the hook size is my main concern. cause theres  nothing better than catching fish on your own junk. The reason i'm asking is because I have never fished salmon before. Thanks for the advice.
