Title: lake fishing

Hey there ,
i had just got some relitives come into town and they want to go fishing and i dont think it would be worth going out to the vedder just yet, but is there still decent fishing at green timbers. ive never been there and i dont no how to get there but i think it would be a good place to take them for the dayy?

it's probably pretty slow right now....lake was last stocked early november. the lake tends to get fished out pretty fast by the bucket brigades. I personally have never like going to Green Timbers, just dont enjoy fishing there, my favourite is Rice lake because of the great scenery you can enjoy there.
If you do go to green timbers I suggest fishing the small hole on the northern tip or casting out into the very south part of the pond. I hate using powerbait but it seems to work very well there. however, if there is fish they're probably starving by now and will eat anything presented to them.

I'd bring a few worms along as well.
