Title: Wader Sizing
Post by: BigFisher on December 18, 2009, 11:36:12 PM
Im about to blow a bunch of money out on a new pair of waders, well someone else is as a Christmas gift. ;D I want to make sure I get the right fit. There are a bunch of different sizes out there  small-king/ medium/ medium-king/ medium long/ large... so what would be a good size for someone 6'  160 pounds? size 10 boots? I will be trying to get a feel for some the next time I get to a shop, but wanted to hear from you guys first.

I tried on some ML and they stretch out good in the crouch position, but when I stand up they ripple with alot of slack, which I think will cause alot of rubbing...

By most size charts, you should fit right into ML. MK could possibly work, although shoe size could be a problem there. The fact that you are experiencing more slack than expected could just be the design (maybe try some other brands).
