I fish buntzen lake quite often. I've never seen any behavior where I would label someone idiot.

I guess just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it's not there.

Meaning?  Maybe there's no fish at the lake?

Same here, I was there at least once a week this spring and fall and didn't see any Goonery. This may be the difference between getting out on the water away from the masses or not. My suggestion for people running in to this problem; get a watercraft and enjoy the peace and solitude.

That was my plan this September, October. I have a boat and decided to try to hit the pinks off of the North arm. What I found was that I ruined lots of days because of wind. Rejoined the crowds because it was just easier.

I have a small inflatable 9.5 feet.  Is that a good enough craft to fish on Buntzen Lake?

Yes that is more than adequate for Buntzen lake, my boat is only 7ft and I have no problems and have been out there in pretty stormy conditions. Mine is a knock-off of a Davidson which are trusty little boats. Also you see all sorts of small water craft out there from belly boats to
kayaks to small sailboats. As long as standard safety precautions are taken and common sense prevails, you will be fine.

Hello, I don't  know if you are aware but gas motors are not allowed on buntzen. :)
