Well, today was rainy and few fish seen. The water had a nice green tinge. Unlike Friday when I got a 8 inch cutty and saw a wild ho caught and released, today was much slower. The hos are probably stacked up in the canyon.
The creel count guy said that he didn't see much yesterday or today.

Definately been slowing down out there this past week. With the expected rainfall it may mean an early end to this year's season.

ive tried up the canyon. Nothing up there sadly. not even a dark shadow. very disapointed

Maybe it's because of all the people that go there now due to the online advertising it gets.
2 years ago there was less then a 1/4 the people fishing it, it has really exploded I can't even believe how many cars were there one day when I went to walk my dog.
It's one stream that can't be taken for granted.

yah but the fish have been very spotty and this river fluctuates so much that it has it's own way of "thinning out" the fishermen. I know that I would not make many trips if I lived further than 20 minutes. The river being "perfect" is usually for an afternoon, then it's too high or too low for most ;)
