Hooked a female chum yesterday, I was getting excited at first glance as i thought it was a Ho it was so chrome
Then i got a nice 3lb ish jack spring,It just nailed my jig and then put up a nice fight head shaking all the way in
also hooked a few male chum that gave great fights and were quite clean
All were caught on a jig short floated at 2.5-3ft from float to jig
even in the deep water they came up and nailed the jig
I bought the jig heads and tied them up in purple and black
I will be doing a lot more jig fishing from now on
all fish were released to fight another day :)
