Water as not bad with about a foot of visibility. Hooked into a chrome chum and that was it.Pretty slow so I left early to take a nap and watch UFC.
Nice day out.

Hit the upper with buddy at firstlight. Was slow to start off.Water is still on the high side, but a much better colour than Fri and about 2'+ of vis .Found a couple of nice seams to work over.Buddy got a slightly coloured buck on a blade. I managed to lose :P two on roe. Then I hit into this piggy ;D (http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r79/Spoonman_05/PA250145.jpg) Finally have some faith in pink(salmon not colour) roe.Ten minutes later, buddy gets the buck (on coho roe) to go with my doe.

I was out this morning on the mid river. I hooked 5 coho and landed 3, 2 hatchery jacks and a big wild. Lost two other big ones :P. Quite a few chum around too of course. I was switching up the gear quite a bit and ended up hooking coho on roe, colorado blades, and even one on a purple jig.
It was quite cold today. I dress light as I planned to explore a bit, but once I started hitting the coho I stayed put - brrrr. Not too many people out for a weekend - I guess the crowds are moving to the Northern tributaries or quitting for the year. Water is higher than I've seen it this year, but a nice colour and its easy to find spots to fish.

It is pouring in Chilliwack right now. If this keeps up, the river will be blown out for more than a few days.
