Is there anywhere to fish the little Campbell river in Whiterock any more? In another life I use to fish there with only a split shot and worm. You would throw it out and let it sit on the bottom. Then watch for the slightest and I mean slightest touch on line. Use to sit in a lawn chair and it was really only good on low tide. When the water came in and started moving you could see all the fish go by. Totally different kind of fishing than the veddar. Was told the Indians claimed back a lot of land around the L.C. Is fishing still allowed there?

not much fishing, but take the kids to the hatchery.
this was a late rain for the Campbell, the fish are very ripe.

So the fish are moving up now. Thats great to hear as last year the fish just got caught multiple times and were on their last legs by the time the rain came. I expect the numbers to be about the same as last year although I saw a few more hatchery fish this year :) oh and fishyfish email me and I will give you details
