what is the best way to de-bone a fish without butchering it?

Also buy some pin bone tweezers, they are way better than pliers.

Used too use pliers and kept breaking some bones off, no more problems with the pin bone tweezers, i got mine in china town for $2.50.

an extremly sharp knife is the real key in fileting any fish
