Title: Kitimat River, September 3rd 2009
Post by: glx on September 03, 2009, 03:22:26 PM
Well the Kitimat was good to me again today as it has been all week.  Took the drift boat out and drifted the mid river area.  All in all, between two of us, we hooked 14 Coho, landing 7 of them ranging from 6-13 pounds or so.  Short floating roe was the ticket.  I cant count how many more missed takes there were, probably 10 each or so.  Life is good in the north!  Until tommorow....

Way to rub it in...and here I am getting excited about Pinks tomorrow...

But seriously, glad to see your enjoying things up there.   I really need to save up to make a trip out that way to visit you one of these days.
