Title: coquihalla wiil not open

As rumors spread this year, the coq was suppose to open on the 21 st of aug, they floated the river today and counted a small number of fish, the river being low and water temps too high. I was asked by MOE to spread the word about the river NOT, I said NOT opening.
This is a good thing for the fish.

so the river remains CLOSED.
