Curious how other fisherman or woman are doing this season. In approximately ten years of fishing the Fraser this is without any question my worst season. Am I alone or is everyone having the same results. Normally we hook a few springs each trip and usually bring our two home during June-August. This year I've got eight trips in for four Springs, two in one trip. And I'm definitely not hurting any Sockeye, which is good, but have only hooked three with two to the boat. I'm I alone with my less than stellar season? I've been fishing Island 22 area and than up around Agassiz. Just curious if I'm having a poor season while everyone else is doing normal or if it tough all the way around?

A fish every second trip isn't bad. I haven't caught a Fraser River spring for 3 years now :o

Its definetly a down year. Everything from fish numbers to water clarity, height, temperature. 3rd year of bar fishing and by now I usually have three or four in about five trips. So far 4 trips and a big goose egg. Not even a jingle. But I'll keep trying. Tight lines. ;)
