Title: Oyster River, July 31st 2009

july 31 success ! 1 on a blue winged streamer with a silver tinsel body, at low slack tide, early in the morning. most of the fish were hanging out by the kelp out of casting range but they swung in a few times before the sun got to high. also had one good swirl at the end of my retrieve and also caught a few small cuttys. lots of room out there
