check out West Coast Fishing report by Scott Jaynes tofino.   Great info,  and a good read about the fog.     Can you get a GPS software for the Tofino area so you can set the way points for getting to and from Wilf rock reefs.    I got a couple of good salmon there and a shark.     It is about 5 - 6 nautical miles from Tofino.    Or fish around the local inland islands like Vargas shoreline facing Tofino .     All along that island we caught coho to 9 lbs at the time you are going.    Small buzz bombs in  four colors,    chrome,   yellow /green,   pink,   and  needlefish shape.    or  try fly fishing.      The springs are out at Wilf Rock as is the halibut.   Wish I was there.
