Decided to give Brownsville a try yesterday. We arrived at 7pm and the tide was already moving in. The water was flowing backwards so our little spin'o'glows were pointing in the wrong direction as the fish do move upriver... Got a bite at around 8pm but it turned out to be a 2lbs bulltrout. At least a fish. You have to fish this bar at lowtide while barfishing. All other methods will work at hightide too.
