Title: Fraser River - New Westminster

Anyone here fished the Fraser at New Westminster Quay on the wooden boardwalk area? There's quite a long stretch and I did see people fishing but I'm curious if others here tried fishing it?

A few years back, I heard reports of people catching salmon off the pier but notihing confirmed.  I suppose its possible.

A former employee of a tackle shop told me he has heard of some sturgeon off there, but again, unconfirmed.

Try Sapperton landing, walk down the trail and fish off the rocks, landed lots of pinks there and the odd jack.
