Title: Backtrolling for springs

Probably more effective than barfing during the high water. Any thoughts?

water clarity is important, but still worth a shot, I think they use there lateral line to sence vibration aswell as sight.

This technique is not mainstream around these waters but i suspect some guys are doing it. I've read it does well on other systems.

I'm guessing that the tackle of choice would be big flatfish or plugs in bright colours?
