Wondering if antone knows the best way to dye deer hair?
-
pinks, orange, blues...ect , you can use procure (yeah the stuff for roe) just warm some water, almost too hot to put your finger in. put the deer hair in, swirl around till you reach the desired colour. rinse off after in cool wter.

i was told that you can use Kool-Aid but im not sure how effective it would be :-\
If the deer hair is a dark colour then you'll need to bleach it out first. i had 2 full muley pelts but found it was to much hassle to bleach then dye so i just tossed them out.

cool-aid colour will leach out, I have used procure for many years to dye feathers/fur.....try it.
