rod, is alta lake in whistler ice free and open?

I was just wondering if anyone knew what good water level conditions were for Daisy Lake that would allow it to be fishable? I checked the reservoir elevations and they're hovering around 367m, but i cant really interpret that number with respect to fishing.
If anyone has any info about recent fishing up there, it would be greatly appreciated.
