Title: Buntzen Water Level

I fished the Buntzen last few days...noticed each day the water level is lower than the day before even though the creeks are flowing with snow melts! There are exposed shorelines that would normally be inaccessible. Would anyone know the reason(s)??

Water from Buntzen Lake is used for hydroelectric operation and producing steam to power Burrard Generating Station's generators.
