Title: Best Tube Fly Hook

Our local supplier can no longer get the Partridge Nordic Single Tube Fly hook.  What would be a good alternative for a really strong short shank wide gap hook? ???

Hopefully, your local supplier can get Gamakatsu or Daiichi hooks. In a Gamakatsu, try C14S, LS11S-3H or even the Drop Shot hook. Look up those models here http://www.gamakatsu.com/usa_menu.htm
With Daiichi try 1650, 2450 or X510. Look them up here http://www.anglersportgroup.com/products_subcat.asp?CatID=4

Thanks for the info, i picked up some daiichi x510's, pretty mean looking hook ;D
