Title: Green Timbers Lake, March 19th 2009
Post by: troutbreath on March 19, 2009, 07:35:42 AM
Fished there a couple times since it's been stocked and had some success with small lures. Most people bait fishing off the bottom. One guy on Sunday was tossing out a hand line as well as using his rod, which he thinks is legal. I brought my camera the Tuesday, there were more people fishing and I noticed he wasn't using the two lines now with so many witnesses. But beyond that most people quite friendly and enjoying the fishing with their kids.

Please re-read the regulations. Fishing 2 lines per person is only ok from a boat and only when you are the sole occupant of that boat. Two rods w/lines in the water is obviously ok for two people in a boat but no more than that.

Places like GT get ravaged by poachers on a daily basis. Make sure you are not one of them.
