First time out since December. After breaking my spey rod and getting it back and getting some new lines for it, it was time to try them out. Off to the Kalum. Water is extremely low and clear. I was standing on dry land where I was hooking steelhead this past fall. Only fished for 2 hours and managed a beautiful 8-9 pound doe. Sorry no pix. Nice sunny day as well. Cant wait for spring!
