Title: Allouette River, February 11th 2009

Went there today after work today. Brought the 8 wt and went for a walk. Fished a few spots nothing for me. However, as I was crossing the river I notice something under an over hanging branch. Yep it was a nice steelhead just holding steady in the current in about 2 feet of water. No way I could present anything to it so I just stood and stared at it for a while. Man they are beautiful fish!

Congrat's you saw one of the three fish in the whole river! :o
