So for a little fun I've picked out my 5 favorite pictures from the 2008 Fish Porn Thread (Excluding mine, Rodney's, and Carlo's pics). I figure we hold a two week long poll so we can decide on the "Best Fish Picture of 2008." The voting ends on the 18th. The original "Fish Porn 2008" thread can be found here (http://www.fishingwithrod.com/yabbse/index.php?topic=16895.msg163580#msg163580).
Here's my picks for the best pics:
Option 1: GoldHammeredCroc

Option 2: Ghost Fish

Option 4: Snapperhead

I took the pic of GHC's Cariboo bow with a Olympus Stylus 790 SW, I have had both Optios and Stylus, and preffer the photo quality of my long lost Optio, may it rest in peace somewhere beside the Fording River :'(
Bought the stylus since it was tougher, but not totally happy with the pics.

There are many threads on this site as well as other fishing sites reviewing the two main options for waterproof cameras. I personally have the Pentax Optio W30 and love the size and durability but I can't say I'm overly impressed with it when I'm using it for none fishing applications. It's auto-focus is slow, to get a good picture you need to adjust multiple settings and once it turns off those settings are forgotten.
