Enjoy the game and be part of celebrating Linden's night as well. He certainly was the best Canuck ever.

We have drifting snow here in Chilliwack now, drive carefully its slippery out and someone just took out a ornamental post in the yard next to us.

Had to help a lady and her two kids (<3yrs) out of a car that was on it's side after i watched it 360 into a ditch. It's sketchy over here on the island. Especially with no winter tires or chains and a rear wheel drive truck without 4x4.

There's about 10 cm in Vancouver and the drivers aren't slowing down. Just saw a car slid into an intersection on a red light. Nearly got sideswiped by an another driver. Slow down people.

hard to say how much we actually got here in the 'wack. I've noticed some new drifts, but thats about it. Kids were hoping for a foot or more so they could do some more sledding down the driveway!! had another power outage last night for about 3-4 hours. Getting a little fed up with the HOWLING wind, but hey cant complain too much, lots of groceries in the house and we're all toasty warm!  :)

This weekend we saw about 18” of the white powder come drifting from the sky.

It was a winter wonderland!

Of course it wasn’t so wonderful for some people as they left their vehicles abandoned:

But apparently for others it was great:

Looks like we’re going to have a white Christmas this year.

It's certainly a winter wonderland but it's a beetch driving in the slush and salt. Just finished shovelling the sidewalk and driveway. Not fun.

Someone mention Fishing??

Methinks that might be a day or two... ::)

And, with all this snow, the trails down to the local flow (Stamp) are in right tough shape, while the river itself is down to a bare trickle (and damn cold btw!). Guess that one can rest a day or two as well... :-\

Hoping it starts to thaw by New Beers!

Cheers,
Nog
