We had a spectacular day on the Fraser Saturday.
Action was fast and furious at times and we landed 18 fish in the first 7 1/2 hours including several 4 1/2 footers, a 5'1", and a 6'2".
The last drop was not more than a couple hundred metres below the boat launch and it didn't take long for the first rod to jump.
My brother set rod #3 and got nothing. Within a few seconds rod #2 went off and I set the hook.
A second slam confirmed that this was a good one.
I fought the fish for a few minutes. It came to the surface, flipped its massive tail, and took off.
The fight was on, and this is where the video starts.
