I have some cured chum roe in 1/2 pound strips roughly (borax/salt/sugar/cherry jello)...fairly firm and dried outside for 2 days (I like it like that..less gooey and seems to work)...
but...is it ok to freeze? how long would it stay "good" in the fridge..
thoughts?

Freeze it....then when you go out just take it out the night before..will last longer then letting it sit in the fridge. Also make sure when you freeze it you cover it in borax.
