Title: Skipped the Ved to hit the Fraser, August 29th 2008

I decided to give the Ved a miss yesterday as i new it would be bad
so i hit the Fraser instead
There were about six guys plus me, five jack springs landed one lost
zero for me
my roe sucked ,all of the guys catching were using the same type of roe (not what i was using)
I did talk to one of the guys that caught three of the fish and he gave me his secret tip on how to cure roe the same as they were using
Guess its time to get my roe out and try his tip
I will let you know if it works
Oh yes and we were all barfing
Seen some big fish jumping and one was a dino
It rained pretty hard at one point but this did not effect the fishing
so get out there guys theres lots of spots on the Fraser and seems lots of fish too
