Tried my luck bar fishing up by Peg today. One decent bite in 3 hours. Almost broke my sunglasses trying to set the hook. Few people around bottom bouncing and only one boat seemed to be getting fish on which they kept losing anyway. The channel has trenched in on Peg so you won't be able to cross, there till the water really drops., Saw some people fishing further up Peg across the river by boat, probably bottom bouncing but couldn't see how they were doing with the binoculars. Very hot out and that was OK as I brought the umbrella to hide under. Chinook seem to be there though. :)

been away for a while, is there still a size restriction for springs?

The slot size limit was lifted on August 9th. You can now keep four chinook salmon per day, only one can be over 50cm long.
